Here are some of the organizations the Hiscox Foundation USA supports.
National Partner
Foster Love is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in foster care. Their passionate team, comprised of adults and former foster youth, works tirelessly to ensure these vulnerable children are not forgotten or neglected. Through collaborations with individuals, companies, and community partners, Foster Love provides essential resources and educational opportunities for foster youth.

The Hiscox USA Foundation selects one employee-nominated organization each year to receive a $10,000 grant. The employee must actively volunteer for the organization, and submit a nomination form describing the organization’s impact.

Bundles of Joy
Bundles of Joy collects new and “nearly new” items through grassroots community drives and corporate donations. Donations are sorted, bundled and delivered to disadvantaged children through their network of social service agencies, shelters, hospitals and school partners. Hiscox employee Stephanie Stoddard spends time with the charity sorting collections and creating ‘bundles’ to be delivered to a shelter location in White Plains as needed.
Ronald McDonald House Charities
The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home for families with children in nearby hospitals. Families who live more than 50 miles from the hospital can stay for free. All meals are donated and served by volunteers. Hiscox employee Meagan Pind assists with tasks such as disinfecting toys, storing pantry items, and helping with check-ins. She has also volunteered at numerous fundraising events throughout the years.
Matching Gifts
The Hiscox Foundation USA also supports those organizations that are important to Hiscox employees with a matching gift program.
The Hiscox Foundation USA supports non-profit, community-based charitable organizations. Given the Foundation’s grant selection process is employee driven, the Foundation does not accept external requests for contributions
The Hiscox Foundation USA is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation that is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Hiscox Foundation USA supports a range of social and humanitarian initiatives that are funded by an annual donation from Hiscox USA. The Foundation focuses on supporting unaffiliated charities, such as those identified above, that aid and improve education, science, advancement of the arts and culture, children’s rights and that provide services to disadvantaged and vulnerable members of society.
