Foundation USA

Since its founding, the Hiscox Foundation USA has donated more than $3 million to organizations that are improving our communities. The mission of The Hiscox Foundation USA is to (1) encourage Hiscox employees to create change through volunteerism and grants; (2) support organizations that align with Hiscox core values, the selection of which is employee-driven; and (3) make a meaningful impact toward creating a more diverse, equitable, safe, healthy, kind world.

In addition to donations to national and local organizations, the Foundation empowers members of the Hiscox family to make an impact in their communities. The Hiscox Foundation USA is an official IRS designated non-profit with 501(c)(3) status. Hiscox Foundation USA supports a range of social and humanitarian initiatives, which are funded by an annual donation from the Hiscox Group.

The Hiscox Foundation USA supports non-profit, community-based charitable organizations. Given the Foundation’s grant selection process is employee driven, the Foundation does not accept external requests for contributions.

The Hiscox Foundation USA is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation that is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Hiscox Foundation USA supports a range of social and humanitarian initiatives that are funded by an annual donation from Hiscox USA. The Foundation focuses on supporting unaffiliated charities, such as those identified above, that aid and improve education, science, advancement of the arts and culture, children’s rights and that provide services to disadvantaged and vulnerable members of society.
